Refund policy

Custom Orders Are Final: Because all stickers are custom-made, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges once production has started.

Refunds: Refunds are only issued if there is a production error (wrong size, wrong finish, incorrect quantity) or if the product arrives damaged.

Order Errors: If the mistake is on our end, we will replace or refund the order at no cost to you.

Customer Proof Approval: Once a proof is approved, Roosk Printing is not responsible for design, spelling, or layout errors.

Color Disclaimer: We use CMYK color scaling (anything non-CMYK will be changed to CMYK). Colors may vary slightly between digital screens and printed products. Small variations do not qualify for refunds.
