Shipping policy

Processing Time: Standard production time is 1–5 business days after proof approval. Large or complex orders may take longer.

Shipping Options:

- Free standard shipping on orders over $75.

- Flat-rate shipping for smaller orders (rate based on weight/size).

- Expedited shipping available at checkout.

Delivery Estimates: Typical U.S. delivery time is 3–7 business days after production. International delivery times vary.

Tracking: All shipments include tracking details, provided once the order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages: Roosk Printing is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but we will assist in filing claims for lost or damaged shipments.

Delivery policy

Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address cannot be refunded.

International Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes.

Heavy Orders (over 20lbs): Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping. This offer excludes orders with a total weight exceeding 20lbs, which will be charged applicable shipping fees based on weight and destination.

Partial Shipments: In rare cases, large orders may ship in multiple packs.
